Martin graduated in 2000 with a BSc(Hons) in Architectural Technology. His early years were spent in London working in a large Architectural practice, before making the jump into a medium sized housing developer. Martin later joined Taylor Wimpey, a large developer in Leicester where he grew and honed his knowledge and expertise for the next seven years.

In 2012, Martin set up on his own and established SBA Design Ltd. Alongside a close-knit team, Martin has gained a strong portfolio of loyal clients throughout the years.

His involvement encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial site overview and development appraisal to subsequent design solutions, navigating negotiations, delivering detailed planning consents, and overseeing the implementation of technical working detail, culminating in project completion & closeout.
