SBA looks forward to growth and success in 2022 with new contract wins

Despite challenges presented by the pandemic, 2021 was our busiest year to date, as we welcomed new housing development clients to our growing portfolio, alongside repeat contracts won through our existing client base.

This success and growth for the team continues into 2022 as we hit the ground running with more new contracts already awarded, including repeat work from Taylor Wimpey, one of the UK’s leading housing developers.

As our largest client, we already work with seven different regions throughout the UK and this newly instructed project of 115 dwellings in Gillingham will add Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties as an eighth region to our portfolio for the company.

This month will also see us welcoming on board our brand new client Crest Nicholson, with work on our first site scheduled to commence shortly.

We are excited to start building and strengthening new relationships with both of these major housing developers and we look forward to securing repeat business with them in the near future.

Technical Director at SBA Design, Martin Beattie said: “Going into 2022, we look forward to embracing even busier times as we continue to welcome new clients. We have also grown and developed as a team to help manage the additional work without any delays for our clients.”
